Shipping Information 

Orders are shipped from Croatia (European Union) with a tracking number.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. For custom orders, shipping may take longer depending on the complexity and time required for handmade work.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Croatia: 3-5 business days

  • EU: 3-10 business days - Croatian post shipping

  • Non-EU countries: 5-15 business days - Croatian post shipping

For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply to your order. Please note that I ship exclusively as a sale of goods, not as a gift. Possible customs charges are beyond my control.
