Shipping Information 

I ship to many countries, and shipping is free for all orders.

Orders are shipped from Croatia (European Union) with a tracking number.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. For custom orders, shipping may take longer depending on the complexity and time required for handmade work.

Estimated delivery times:

• Croatia: 3-5 business days

• EU: 5-10 business days

• Non-EU countries: 10-20 business days

Please note that sometimes orders may arrive sooner or be delayed. Unfortunately, I cannot influence this. I cannot guarantee the delivery time, so if you need an order for a specific period or date, please order in advance to account for potential delays in transit.

For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply to your order. Please note that I ship exclusively as a sale of goods, not as a gift. Possible customs charges are beyond my control.
